DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping to make sure there is no prior damages or defects. But should you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us with in 2 days of receiving the damaged/defective item via email with your order number, the item number, and take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage. Email the photo to our Customer Service team *info@shopthebrandco.com*. Once we receive your email and assess the damage/defect, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. If you do not receive a response in the time frame we provided please contact us at +1(504) 598-6691 via phone call/text


INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS


Once you receive your order, you are responsible for thoroughly checking the delivered items. If by accident you receive an item that is incorrect, or you are missing an item, email info@thebrandco.com your order number and a description of the issue within 2 days of delivery.
